However, Toyota's electric offensive may bring about a turnaround. According to media reports, Toyota may adjust its electrification strategy and announce and introduce its plan to its core suppliers early next year, with the aim of narrowing the gap between Toyota and industry leaders in terms of product price and performance as soon as possible.
