          Meng wei said that since the beginning of this year, the country has introduced timely policies and measures to stabilize and expand automobile consumption in response to the severe impact and impact of COVID-19 on the automobile industry. With the continuous release of policy effects, the automobile industry has shown a rapid recovery and sustained growth since April. From January to November, the year-on-year decline of automobile production and sales has narrowed to about 3%, and the income, total profit and added value of main business have achieved positive growth on a year-on-year basis. In the first half of the year, new energy vehicles showed a sharp decline, and began to show a sustained recovery trend in July. In November, the production and sales of new energy vehicles completed 198,000 and 200,000, respectively, with a year-on-year growth of 75% and 105%.

        Mr. Meng expects the auto industry as a whole to recover to last year's levels this year. Among them, the value added and other major economic indicators are better than last year; Production and sales reached about 25 million units, the same as last year; Production and sales of new energy vehicles are expected to exceed the previous year.
