Passenger car enterprises should log in the management platform with the data submission account, fill in the pre-report content online in the module of "double score data submission", download it, sign it by the legal person and affix the seal of the enterprise, and upload the scanned PDF version through the platform. At the same time, the enterprise shall mail the signed and sealed paper documents to our center.

Ii. Calculation process of 2018 annual average fuel consumption of parallel import passenger car supply enterprises

According to the data of the management platform, the equipment center calculates the average fuel consumption of parallel imported passenger vehicle enterprises in 2018, and issues the accounting results through the integral management platform. The parallel import passenger car supplier shall use the data report account to log in the score management platform, and check and confirm the accounting results in the "double score accounting" module:

1. For enterprises that have confirmed the correct accounting results, please fill in and submit the confirmation letter online before December 20, sign by the legal person and stamp the official seal of the enterprise, and upload the color scanned copy through the integral management platform.

2. For the enterprises that disagree with the accounting results, please timely submit the application for review online, and the equipment center will accept the application materials and carry out the review.

3. The equipment center carries out the examination according to the materials submitted by the enterprise, and reports the examination results to the equipment industry department.
