In August 2007, Hong Kong X'long Investment Management Co., Ltd. acquired 100% of the shares of Zhangjiagang Brose Auto Parts Co., Ltd. In February 2008, Hong Kong X'long and Brose International Co., Ltd. completed the asset transfer and retained the centralized locking device business, and the company was renamed Zhangjiagang Fugang Auto Parts Co., Ltd.
The new Zhangjiagang Fugang Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is a wholly foreign-owned enterprise 100% controlled by Hong Kong X 'Long Investment Management Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of US $6.8 million and a total investment of US $12 million. The company's main production area is 14000 square meters, with a building surface of 28000 square meters, an extension area of 6700 square meters, and a building area of 5400 square meters. It is an auto parts enterprise specializing in the production of central locking device, trunk opening mechanism, rear-view mirror starting mechanism, fuel tank opening mechanism, cargo binder assembly, ventilation fan, head up display cover and other products. The products are respectively supplied to Shanghai Volkswagen, FAW Volkswagen, Shanghai Tongyong and other complete vehicle manufacturers, as well as to Yanfeng Andaotuo for secondary support. The company has successively passed the certification of IATF16949:2016 Quality System, ISO140001:2015 Environmental Management System and ISO45001:2018 Occupational Health and Safety System.
