The company was founded in 1985 and renamed as Danyang Huasheng Auto Parts Co., Ltd. from the former Danyang Jiepai Huamei Lamps and Mirrors Factory in 2005. It is located in Wuyang Industrial Park, Jiepai Town, Danyang City, Jiangsu Province, at the junction of Nanjing, Nanjing and Yangzhou economic circles and Jiangsu, Wuxi and Changzhou economic circles. It obtained 3C certification in June 2005, ISO/TS16949 quality management system certification in June 2007, and EU E-MARK certification in March 2008. It is a complete set of lamps and injection molding products for CNHTC (Jinan Truck Company, Jining Commercial Vehicle, Zhangqiu Commercial Vehicle, and Heavy Truck Special Vehicle), Shaanxi Automobile Group (Shaanxi Heavy Truck, Shaanxi Heavy Truck Special Vehicle, Shaanxi Automobile Datong, Baoji Huashan Vehicle Engineering), Dayun Automobile and other main engine plants, The company's factory covers an area of 20000m2, with a use area of 16000m2. At present, the company has more than 200 employees (45 are technical, quality and administrative personnel). The production environment is divided into assembly workshop I, assembly workshop II, injection molding workshop and plastic parts workshop.
