Xixia Zhongde Auto Parts Co., Ltd. is a high-tech innovative enterprise. Since its establishment, the company has invested 600 million yuan to build a modern workshop of 80000 square meters, with 8 casting production lines such as Guangyang line, DISA line, iron mold sand coating line, shell mold line, more than 80 processing production lines, and 108 sets of various testing equipment. It has more than 1400 employees, including 408 professional technicians, and has the annual production capacity of 3 million turbocharger shells, 1.5 million exhaust manifolds, and 150000 heavy-duty axles.

After nearly ten years of efforts, the core R&D team of Zhongde Company has successfully developed the representative Volkswagen 1.4T EA111, 1.4T EA211 and EA888 2.0MQB spiral casings. These three spiral casings won the gold medal for high-quality castings in 2012, 2014 and 2016 respectively. So far, Zhongde has developed nearly 100 types of turbocharger shells, and has fully mastered the key core technologies of the casting and processing of high nickel and heat-resistant steel turbine shells. It is developing new processes to move towards green and intelligent production technologies.
