Hefei Yijiang Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was founded in 1993 and moved to No. 1456, Woyun Road, Hefei Economic Development Zone, which has convenient transportation in August 2021. The company now has more than 165 employees, covering an area of more than 50 mu, with plant area of more than 33000 square meters, comprehensive office building of 1500 square meters, and staff dormitory building of 1663 square meters. The products mainly include rubber and plastic products of the whole vehicle, such as vehicle sealing strips, various types of automobile rubber hoses, rubber miscellaneous parts and injection molded parts. The company passed the IATF16949:2016 quality system certification in January 2019 and the GB/T24001-2016/ISO14001:2015 environmental management system certification in 2019.
The company has the domestic advanced rubber tube extrusion vulcanization production line, rubber strip four compound microwave vulcanization production line, and rubber damping block vulcanization production equipment. It also has advanced testing equipment, such as electronic tensile testing machine, heat aging testing machine, rubber fatigue testing machine, rubber vulcanization testing machine, salt spray testing machine, pulse testing machine, high and low temperature testing machine, ozone resistance testing machine, etc. The production capacity and quality of products have been significantly improved.
