Zhejiang Meixing Heat Exchange Technology Co., Ltd. is a private joint-stock enterprise specializing in the design, manufacture and sales of automotive heat exchangers. The company is located in Rui'an City, Zhejiang Province, the capital of auto and motorcycle parts in China. It is only 30 minutes' drive from Rui'an Mobile Station and Wenzhou Yongqiang Airport. The transportation is very convenient. At present, it mainly provides integrated services such as design and manufacturing of heat exchanger products for automobile manufacturers, including intercoolers, radiators, oil coolers and air heaters.
Our company has a history of 40 years since its establishment. It was restructured into a joint-stock enterprise in 2006. Now it has fixed assets of 82 million yuan, plant area of 30000 square meters, and building area of 45000 square meters. It has introduced production equipment such as tunnel type continuous brazing furnace, high sensitivity leak detector, automatic corer, and ultrasonic cleaner from Japan. It has introduced a full set of test equipment from MTS, the United States, and is equipped with the most complete domestic equipment The professional laboratory with the most complete test items can conduct various wind tunnel, vibration and pressure pulse tests.

Since 2006, it has been committed to the R&D, production and sales of heat exchanger using new technologies and processes, gradually forming the company's competitive strength in product design, testing, production technology and other aspects, and has a competitive advantage in providing overall solution services for heat exchanger products.
After years of accumulation, the company has successfully established a complete set of engineering database of heat dissipation unit structural parameters and developed the CAD software of "heat exchanger heat dissipation unit design system". On this basis, the company adopts the innovative "result oriented" parametric design mode, selects the cooling unit from the basic database for design and dynamic optimization according to various indicators required by product design, so as to quickly finalize the design. At the same time, American MTS complete set of performance test equipment simulates various environmental wind speed, wind temperature, cooling water temperature and water flow of vehicle operation under real environment, basically realizing the finalization of products in the research and development stage, greatly shortening the development time of new products.
