Ningbo Shunjiang Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a private enterprise specializing in the production of auto parts. Its predecessor was Yuyao Shunjiang Plastic Stamping Factory, which was built in 1989. The company has been deeply engaged in the field of auto parts manufacturing for more than 30 years, and has begun to take shape with fixed assets of more than 50 million yuan. The old plant covers an area of 28800 square meters, and its building area is 15800 square meters. The new plant covers an area of 16491 square meters, and its building area is 18055 square meters. It is a key backbone enterprise in Ningbo City, a benefit oriented enterprise in Zhejiang Province, a national high-tech enterprise, a patent demonstration enterprise in Zhejiang Province, and an enterprise technology center in Zhejiang Province. Its products are also rated as famous brand products in Zhejiang Province.
The company attaches great importance to the introduction of talents, and now has several engineers and professional technicians, as well as a group of enterprise managers with rich experience in manufacturing, procurement, sales, quality assurance, etc. The company cooperates closely with Shanghai Plastic Products Research Institute, Shanghai Jiusheng Welding Research Institute and other test and development units. The company's product laboratory has passed the certification of BYD, Chery, BAIC, Geely and other automobile OEMs, and the company's products are matched with the domestic automobile OEMs. Among them, engineering truck luggage rack, pickup truck foot pedal, gas pipe and other products are exported to the United States and Canada.
Main products: automobile fuel pipe series, roof fuel pipe series, fuel tank cap series, foot pedal series, liquid storage tank series and other major series of more than 100 kinds of products, which are supporting domestic automobile manufacturers such as FAW Volkswagen, Chang'an Ford, Great Wall Motor, Geely Automobile, BYD, Chery Automobile, BAIC Group, Dongfeng Xiaokang, FAW Hongqi, SAIC GM Wuling, Jinlong Automobile, etc.
Development ability: We have 39 developers, including 5 senior engineers, 9 engineers and several technicians. The software we developed and designed includes Pro/E 4.0, CATIA R21/R29, UG 8.5/12, AutoCAD 2014 and CAE 2017.2.
Manufacturing capacity: Our company has a strong manufacturing capacity of metal refueling tubes and luggage racks, and has rich experience in bending, pipe shrinking, welding, stretch bending, CNC machining, etc. The main equipment includes: pipe bending machine, pipe shrinking machine, welding workstation, spot welding machine, argon arc welding machine, injection molding machine, CNC five axis three-axis processing center, electrostatic powder coating automatic production line, paint automatic production line, automatic stretch bending machine, etc.
Quality assurance: The company adheres to the quality policy of "keeping improving, continuous improvement, integrity and law-abiding, and customer satisfaction", and has a complete quality assurance system. The company passed QS9000 certification in July 2000, VDA6.1 certification in November 2001, ISO14001 certification in October 2013, IATF16949 certification in July 2017, and ISO45001 occupational health management system certification in July 2019.
