Wuxi Jiuhuan Machinery Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was founded in 1995 (formerly Wuxi Heisanhuan Brake Machinery Factory). Since its establishment, our company has been committed to producing motorcycle brake rings.
Our company is located near the 228 Provincial Road from Wuxi, Jiangsu to Zhangjiagang, with convenient transportation. With a land area of 20 mu and a building area of 1200 m2, the company is the largest manufacturer of motorcycle brake rings at present.
Motorcycle brake ring is the first product of our company since its inception. It has a complete set of assembly lines from casting, machining, and outsourcing. The products are mainly supplied to Jiangsu Zhonglian Aluminum Co., Ltd., Zhejiang Wanfeng Wheel Hub Co., Ltd. and exported to Indonesia. Jiangsu Zhonglian Aluminum Co., Ltd. has been using our products since its establishment.
At present, our company has an average daily output of 15000 to 20000 brake rings for 110 and 130 motorcycles. Two 5X3 meters automatic molding machines independently developed by the company have been put into use, which will play a huge role in providing product quality and output.
