Xinchang Huachang Bearing Factory is located in Xinchang, Zhejiang, the beautiful hometown of China's bearings, 90 kilometers from Ningbo Port and 300 kilometers from Shanghai Port, with convenient transportation.
Since its establishment, Xinchang Huachang Bearing Factory has been committed to the production and sales of automobile tensioner wheels and non-standard bearings for automobile tensioner wheels. Over the years of production practice, it has accumulated rich experience in the production of tensioner wheel bearings. Now it has developed and produced more than 200 kinds of automobile tensioner wheels, and more than 400 kinds of non-standard bearings for tensioner wheels, covering all vehicle models.
During production, the quality of products is controlled in strict accordance with the ISO9001:2000 quality system standard. There are 5 bearing grinding production lines, equipped with roundness tester, profiler, grease leakage tester and other detection equipment, and the quality process control is strictly strengthened. There are more than 50 employees, including 8 technicians, with an annual output of 3 million sets of finished bearing products. The products are exported to America, Europe, Russia, the Middle East and other countries and regions, and are well received by customers.
