Hunan Seal Auto Parts Manufacturing Co., Ltd., founded in 2000, is located at No. 26, Jili West Road, Jiuhua Auto Parts Industrial Park, Xiangtan, Hunan. It is only 5km and 1km away from the entrance of Shanghai-Kunming Passenger High-speed Railway Xiangtan North Station and Shanghai-Kunming Expressway, respectively, and 40km away from Changsha Huanghua International Airport. The traffic is very convenient.
At present, the company is mainly engaged in the design, development, production and after-sales service of interior and exterior rearview mirror products. The overall area of the company's plant is 4000 square meters, which is divided into assembly workshop, injection workshop, coating workshop, storage area, experimental area and office area. The annual design capacity is 800000 sets. The professional R&D team consists of 12 technicians (including 1 professor senior engineer), 3 project engineers, 4 product design engineers, 2 process engineers, 1 mold engineer, 1 electrical engineer, and 3 technicians with more than 10 years of experience in the rearview mirror industry. As a professional rearview mirror manufacturer, all products are designed with CAD software such as AutoCAD, UG NX and CATIA V5. According to the A and auxiliary data provided by the customer, we can independently complete the structural design, field of vision, regulatory verification and finite element analysis of the rearview mirror, and achieve synchronous design with the customer.
The company's products are mainly supplied to FAW Haima Automobile Co., Ltd., Changfeng Group Co., Ltd., Changsha Zhongtai Automobile Industry Co., Ltd., Jiangxi Hanteng Automobile Co., Ltd., Haima (Zhengzhou) Automobile Co., Ltd., CSR Zhuzhou Electric Locomotive Co., Ltd. and exported to Türkiye and other countries and regions with the vehicle.
