Shaanxi Wanfang Auto Parts Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Shaanxi Wanfang"), located in Jinghe Industrial Park, Xi'an City, was formerly the accessory factory of Shaanxi General Automobile Manufacturing Factory. In 2004, Shaanxi Wanfang Auto Parts Co., Ltd. was restructured and established. It is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Shaanxi Automobile Group Co., Ltd., with total assets of 1.5 billion and more than 2300 employees.
