Shanghai Utilization Lock Co., Ltd. is an earlier comprehensive professional lock manufacturing factory in China, and has developed into a first-class Taiwanese owned enterprise specializing in automobile locks and civilian locks in China. Shanghai has 250 employees, including 60 engineering and technical personnel and 20 quality assurance personnel. The company was founded in 1932. Mr. Shen Hong, former academician of the CAS Member and deputy minister of the First Machinery Industry Department, was the founder of the company.
The company is a supporting facility for well-known automotive manufacturers at home and abroad, and currently has major customers; Shanghai Volkswagen Co., Ltd., Shanghai General Motors Co., Ltd., SAIC Motor Group Co., Ltd., Baoding Great Wall Motor Group Co., Ltd., Chongqing Lifan Industry Co., Ltd., Shanghai Yanfeng Johnson Seat Co., Ltd., Yanfeng Johnson Seat (Malaysia) Co., Ltd. And has a production capacity of 10 million car locks per year.
The company's leading products include mechanical door locks and centralized door locks, front and rear lid locks and seat locks, and are gradually developing towards modular production of automotive door panels. At the same time, we have actively developed automobile upgrading products. We have completed the development of automobile Gas Spring electric tailgate products (this product has been applied for a national patent). After identification, this product has reached or exceeded the national advanced level, and now it has formed a batch production capacity.
The company's "Ma pai" civil lock products are widely used in civil residences, ships, trains, and other special fields. The products are renowned at home and abroad, and "Ma pai" has become a well-known national trademark.
The company has introduced advanced German process technology, adopted 3D design software such as CATIA from France for product development and design, and has first-class testing equipment such as three-dimensional measuring instruments, semi-automatic microhardness meters, various door lock fatigue testing machines, to ensure that the quality of products reaches the advanced level of similar products at home and abroad.
The company adheres to the corporate quality policy of "always pursuing excellent product quality and striving to obtain the largest market share." It establishes a complete quality management system in accordance with the IATF 16949:2016 international standard (TS) and the implementation rules for mandatory certification of motor vehicle products - the standard certification of the quality management system for automotive door locks and door retention products (3C).
