Dalian Fuyue Machinery Co., Ltd. was established in May 2005. After 15 years of steady development, it has evolved from a small factory with only 4 ordinary machine tools to a standard level with over 20 CNC machine tools, 3 1-ton intermediate frequency electric furnaces, 1 fully automatic molding machine, and 1 automatic sand mixing line. At present, the factory area covers an area of about 7100 square meters, with a building area of about 3000 square meters. The monthly production capacity of castings is over 800 tons, and the annual output value is about 50 million yuan.
Fuyue Machinery's main product is the automotive clutch pressure plate, and has maintained years of cooperation with China's leading automotive component company Fuda Co., Ltd. It is the largest casting supplier of automotive clutch products for this listed company in China. Fuyue Machinery currently supplies over 70 pressure plate product models to Fuda Group, covering the domestic commercial and military automotive clutch markets. Among them, the clutch pressure plate of the military warrior Jeep is exclusively supplied by Fuyue Machinery. With the development of the assembly manufacturing industry and the increase in the export volume of automotive vehicles, the export volume of Fuyue Mechanical Pressure Plate products has also increased.
As a steadily developing private enterprise, Fuyue Machinery has always strictly controlled production quality and maintained a product defect rate of less than one in ten thousand. Therefore, it has been widely recognized in the industry and the order volume is increasing year by year. On the one hand, the largest supplier, Fuda Co., Ltd., has proposed the demand to produce more than 30 tons of pressure plates per day. On the other hand, other suppliers have repeatedly requested cooperation.
At present, Fuyue Machinery has a good financial condition and does not have any bank loans. Fuyue Machinery responds to the call for national supply side reform and revitalization of the Northeast economy, and plans to increase investment by 20 million yuan this year for factory construction, equipment purchase, and increased production capacity. At that time, the annual production can reach over 15000 tons, which will further increase its influence and market share in the national market. Simultaneously ensuring that all equipment meets environmental standards and achieves sustainable development.
