"Jiangsu Yangcheng Auto Parts Co., Ltd., founded in 2009, located at No. 100, Minjiang Road, Yancheng Economic and Technological Development Zone, Jiangsu Province, is mainly engaged in the design and production of auto parts. It obtained IATF16949 system certification in 2010, SQ certification in 2013, the title of municipal research center in 2016, the title of national high-tech enterprise in the same year, and the exemplary organization of fire safety management work in the whole district in 2020. It has applied for and been authorized to specialize in utility models 32 pieces. The company covers an area of approximately 30000 square meters and currently has 158 employees, with an annual output value of approximately 150 million yuan. The process covers injection molding, coating, electroplating, coating, and other aspects of automotive interior and exterior decorations. The main products include car bumper grille assemblies, interior and exterior decorative strips (electroplating, coating), channel handrails, license plate lamp holders, door panel handrails, and so on.
Jiangsu Yangcheng has 28 injection molding machines of various types (120-2800 tons), specializing in the production and injection molding of automotive electroplating parts, coating parts, and high gloss parts; We have one fully automatic coating line equipped with a bead system that can meet a minimum of 300 colors. We use an electrostatic rotary cup spraying process to ensure uniform coating film and consistent color. The paint spraying system is equipped with a flow control system, which can monitor the paint output and compressed air pressure in real-time and automatically adjust them, greatly improving the paint utilization rate. There are currently 4 wrapping production lines with the ability to cut, sew, inject, foam, wrap, and assemble leather, with a maximum daily production capacity of approximately 1500 pieces. The assembly workshop has 10 assembly production lines with an annual assembly volume of nearly 700000 sets, mainly engaged in the assembly of interior and exterior decorative products such as car grille, door panels, and aisle handrails. The existing warehouse area is about 7000 square meters, and the use of ERP system can timely grasp the production and inventory information of the client, and adjust the inventory of oneself and suppliers to respond quickly, reducing the inventory costs of both supply and demand sides. In addition, we have partnered with a company that owns CNC4 units, 4 CNC milling machines, 1 precision spark machine, 1 double head spark machine, and 1 desktop three coordinate machine.
