1. Basic Information
Xuchang Wanfeng Transmission Parts Co., Ltd. was founded in 2007 as a private enterprise.
After more than 8 years of technological transformation investment, especially in the past two years, the company has driven economic development with corporate culture, introduced international excellent technology, and made the enterprise take shape, enjoying a certain reputation in China.
Currently, we have nearly 10 supporting factories and 120 sales outlets in China, with a total asset of 41.26 million yuan; Covering an area of 13000 square meters, with a construction area of 8000m2, there are 100 employees, 8 engineering and technical personnel, and 12 management personnel. The main production equipment is 80 sets, with an annual production capacity of 100000 sets of transmission shafts.
Product series variety
We currently produce a total of 10 series and over 500 varieties of transmission shafts for domestic and foreign medium, heavy, and special vehicles, as well as for engineering machinery and steel rolling machinery. Among them, there are 100 alternative imported products. The products are exported indirectly or with the entire vehicle to 16 countries and regions including North America, Europe, South America, Southeast Asia, and the Middle East.
2、 Technical and product development capabilities
1. Technical research
Wanfeng Company has its own "Technical Research Center" and has created a capable research and development team. All new product development and design are assisted by CAD, which is fast, efficient, accurate and reliable.
2. New product development
In order to enhance the core competitiveness of the enterprise, we have successively developed 300 types of transmission shafts for series products such as Mercedes Benz and Steyr. Our newly developed transmission shaft assemblies such as CDZ150 and 4A915 have reached the technical level of similar products in developed countries such as Germany and Japan.
3、 Testing ability and product quality
1. Test Center Capability
To adapt to global OEM procurement, we have obtained the ISO/TS16949:2009 Quality Assurance System Certification; All products, from raw material procurement, design, production, safety, environmental protection, to after-sales service, are strictly controlled by the quality assurance system standards, and the product quality is subject to one vote veto.

2. Product quality
The transmission shaft assembly we manufacture adopts a high-tech three support dynamic balancing process. This process requires all components of the assembly to participate in dynamic balancing, and complements the imbalance values of the front and rear transmission shaft assemblies to ensure that the supply status of the transmission shaft assembly is consistent with its usage status, ensuring the smoothness and comfort of the entire vehicle during high-speed driving.
We have established strict internal control standards for dynamic balance enterprises, regulating the aspects of increasing dynamic balance speed, reducing residual imbalance, and reducing the number of balance plates. We have proposed a quality goal of approaching zero residual imbalance in the dynamic balance of the transmission shaft, providing reliable assurance for ensuring the matching of national key projects, national defense, and highway vehicles.
4、 Development planning
To meet market demand, we plan to purchase one automatic painting line, two three support dynamic balancing machines, and one CO2 gas shielded welding machine within 5 years. We plan to invest 10 million yuan and build a production base for 300000 sets of transmission shaft components with an annual production capacity within 3 years. After the project reaches its full capacity, the output value will exceed 150 million yuan, and the profits and taxes will exceed 10 million yuan.
