Zhejiang SanA Spring Co., Ltd. is a joint-stock company jointly established by the former Zhuji Spring Factory and Hong Kong and Taiwan enterprises in 1994. The Chinese side holds 65% of the shares and foreign investment holds 35%. The investment direction is professional in manufacturing suspension coil springs for automobiles, and it is also one of the earliest enterprises in China to build suspension spring production lines. The company is based in the automotive industry. After more than ten years of hard work and development, it invested more than 50 million yuan in Suqian, Jiangsu in 2006 and established Jiangsu Jin Eagle has added multiple production lines such as hot coil lines and mold springs to further expand production scale and enrich product diversity. In 2018, Jiangsu Jinying encountered government demolition. After research by the company's board of directors, it has been decided to invest 120 million yuan in the construction of a new factory in Zhuji. The new factory area covers an area of 30 acres and is equipped with an integrated hot pressing and spraying production line and various new production equipment, which will significantly increase production capacity and optimize product structure.
The company has an annual production capacity of 20 million springs and an annual sales revenue of over 100 million yuan. The company covers an area of 20000 square meters and employs more than 100 people. The company has multiple sets of production and testing equipment, some of which are advanced domestically and internationally.
In order to meet the constantly increasing expectations of customers, the company has also introduced advanced management systems when introducing a large number of high-tech facilities. In October 2004, it passed the ISO/TS16949:2002 international automotive quality system certification of TUV Rheinland in Germany. The company is now managed according to the IATF16949:2016 system certified by TUV Rheinland in Germany.
At present, the company cooperates with some customers, such as Dongfeng Off road, Great Wall Motor, Changhe Suzuki, BAIC, Geely, Chery, etc. Among them, Dongfeng off-road is a customer that the company started collaborating with in 2004. In the 70th anniversary parade of the founding of New China in 2019, Dongfeng Mengshi made another appearance. The cooperation belief of both parties for over a decade is to create the first military vehicle brand with high-quality components, repay users with excellent service, and let the "Dongfeng Mengshi" gallop freely.
