The company currently has a standard factory building of 5000 square meters and supporting office space, with 100 employees, including 18 engineering and technical personnel.
The company mainly has more than 100 sets of processing and testing equipment, including machining centers, double head CNC lathe automatic lines, CNC high-precision centerless grinders, CNC lathes, CNC grinders, CNC drilling machines, wire rolling machines, tooth rolling machines, and three coordinate, metallographic analyzers, Vickers hardness testers, microscopes, Rockwell hardness testers, flaw detection machines, roughness testers, and profilers. The company's main products include a series of products such as scroll compressor crankshafts, electric compressor crankshafts, fixed displacement piston compressor spindles, and variable displacement piston compressor spindles, totaling over 30 types in four major categories. Through the unremitting efforts of all employees, we have accumulated rich experience in research and development, production, and testing. With a high-quality workforce, we have established and improved a scientific and effective quality control system for the entire production process. In 2012, we passed the ISO/TS16949:2009 quality management system certification, and in 2018, we obtained the IATF16949:2016 quality management system certificate.
