Today, the company has developed into a workforce of 430 employees (including 30 professional and technical personnel and 35 management personnel), covering an area of 73048 square meters, with over 80 CNC machine tools, machining center equipment, and mechanical processing production lines. At present, the company has the comprehensive ability to produce 600000 connecting rods, 120000 flywheel shells, 500000 oil pan shells, and 60000 oil cooler bodies annually, and has the ability to simultaneously develop the above components for new diesel engines developed in China. The company has three production bases, located in the Industrial Expo Park factory area, the South China production factory area, and the Wuxi Diesel Engine Factory Huishan base. The Industrial Expo Park factory area is mainly responsible for the assembly and production of turbochargers, oil pumps, crankshafts and other components, providing external packaging services such as containers and truck transportation brackets for the main engine factory. It is also a first-class accessory distributor of FAW Xichai Factory, selling original parts and accessories for "Xichai" and "Dachai" diesel engines, as well as specialized oil and coolant for "Xichai" brand; The South China factory area mainly conducts acid pickling, phosphating, and spraying for the oil pan products of the company headquarters. It is a fully enclosed automated assembly line that uses advanced technology for surface treatment; Huishan base mainly provides assembly services for the Assembly line of Xichai Heavy Machinery Department, and undertakes assembly services for the internal components of 8 types of diesel engines, such as the 6DM series timing gear, camshaft gear, fuel injector pressure plate, oil pump oil outlet pipe, as well as the non assembly services for the external components of 17 types of diesel engines, such as the air compressor pump gear, shock absorber, thermostat, covering diesel vehicles in China V, diesel vehicles in China VI and natural gas vehicles in China VI.
With its excellent strength, Maite has won the "Quality Excellence Award", "New Product Synchronous Development Award" and other honorary titles of FAW Xichai for many consecutive times.
