Established in 1993, the original factory is located in Gangzaitou Banshan, Damaiyu Street, Yuhuan County, Zhejiang Province. In 2006, the enterprise was restructured and established as Yuhuan Ruiting Machinery Co., Ltd. After 10 years of development, it became a major forging blank supplier in the Yuhuan automotive parts industry before 2015.
Frustration: In 2016, the company was demolished without reason by the "no illegal construction county", resulting in a half year shutdown of production.
Regeneration: In 2018, the company purchased 13 mu of factory buildings in the north of Shengyuan Road, Yuhuan Electromechanical Park, and rebuilt them, recovering and surpassing development in all aspects. In 2019, the output value exceeded 20 million yuan, becoming the core backbone enterprise of the forging industry in our city.
At present, our company has strong technical strength and advanced production processes, mainly engaged in product forging and processing in the fields of automotive parts, engineering machinery, and rail transit. We have the ability to design, program, and precision process molds. At present, it has four precision forging production lines of 1600T and 1000T, three friction presses of 630T and 400T, and production lines of electric Screw press, with more than 80 technical backbones. The company undertakes forging and processing of various automobile parts, engineering and transportation machinery parts, forging and production of construction machinery parts. Our company has passed the ISO9000 quality management system certification in 2011.
