Da Dong Company was established in 1993 and is a private joint-stock enterprise. It is a professional manufacturer engaged in the production of valves, lock clips, and bearing plates for automobiles, motorcycles, and general engines. The company has a production site of 50 acres and a total of over 500 high-precision processing and testing equipment . The production process of valves starts from forging forming → heat treatment → metal cutting processing → hard alloy surfacing welding at the conical rod end → surface N-treatment → precision machining of finished products → one-stop fully closed operation. The valve lock clamp and bearing plate adopt a cold extrusion process, implementing a one-stop fully closed operation from raw materials, cold extrusion, heat treatment, precision machining, and polishing treatment. The company has been developing well since its establishment (without loans), with over 1000 employees.
The company continuously strives and innovates, and has developed to an annual output of 30 million intake and exhaust valves of various types. There are more than 120 types of valves produced in gasoline engines, general machinery series, and supporting products such as lock clips and bearing plates. It has become a backbone enterprise in the Chinese valve industry. For 9 consecutive years, it has passed the testing and evaluation of China Motorcycle Quality Inspection Institute and Chongqing Quality and Technical Supervision Bureau, becoming an authoritative announcement enterprise of the "China Star" and "Quality Designated Unit" of the Technical Supervision Bureau.
