"Tianjin Sanden Automobile Air Conditioning Co., Ltd. is a joint venture with Japan Sanden Co., Ltd., integrating the development, production and sales of micro-channel heat exchangers and their components, as well as automobile air conditioning system manufacturers. The company is located in Xiqing Economic Development Zone, Tianjin City No. 8 Saida Second Avenue, District, was founded in 1994 with a registered capital of US$17.77448 million and a total investment of US$23 million. It covers an area of 54,428 square meters and has a world-class modern experimental center. At present, the company's production capacity of automobile hot 3.2 million units/year of exchangers and 1 million units/year of automotive air conditioning systems.

In the past fifteen years since the joint venture, with the support of Japan's Sanden, the company has been committed to the research, development and manufacturing of automotive air conditioning systems and heat exchangers. The company has a large number of experienced engineers, including 3 foreign experts, 20 graduate students or above (including 2 PhDs), and 192 professionals with undergraduate degrees. Technical personnel and operators in key positions of the company are sent to the Japanese headquarters for training. The company's main production and experimental equipment are imported from the United Kingdom, the United States, Japan and other countries, and it can carry out product development, experiment and production according to the different needs of customers. High-quality product performance and good after-sales service have earned the company a high reputation in the automotive air-conditioning market.

Based on its experience in the application of microchannel heat exchangers and considering the impact of future environmental changes, the company began to study the application of all-aluminum heat exchanger technology for automotive air conditioners in household and commercial air conditioners in 2006. We believe that products using aluminum instead of copper technology have the following advantages compared with traditional copper tube and aluminum fin types: 1) Reduced refrigerant usage, green and environmentally friendly, low carbon emissions; 2) Improved heat transfer performance; 3) Air conditioning system volume reduction, thus reducing logistics and transportation costs; 4) The size of the fan is reduced, reducing noise; 5) The energy efficiency ratio of air conditioning is improved; in view of the above advantages, we see the prospects of aluminum-substituting copper technology for household and commercial air conditioning applications, and are committed to widespread promotion and application All-aluminum parallel flow heat exchangers contribute to environmental protection and low-carbon economy. At the same time, our company can also gradually grow in the process. At present, our company has signed development agreements with many world-renowned air conditioning manufacturers.

The internationally advanced production line for microchannel heat exchangers for household and commercial air conditioners will be commissioned in April 2010. The production line has the capability to produce large commercial parallel flow heat exchanger cores.
