"Jiangxi Rongen Wheel Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a high-tech enterprise integrating R&D, production and sales of automotive aluminum alloy wheels. Its products cover three series: forging, casting and spinning.

The company currently has nearly 300 employees, about 30% of whom are professional engineering and technical personnel. The core employees have more than 20 years of experience in the aluminum alloy wheel industry.

The company has advanced production equipment and a complete quality assurance system. The main production equipment includes: two sets of smelting furnaces, 40 casting machines, 2 continuous heat treatment lines, 50 CNC processing equipment, one automatic spinning production line, 60 forging processing equipment, and 4 fully automatic painting production lines. Testing equipment includes: spectrum analyzer, X-ray detector, dynamic balancing machine, runout meter, leak detector, tensile extension machine, salt spray testing machine, impact testing machine, radial fatigue testing machine, fatigue bending machine, etc.

The product production process is strictly implemented in accordance with the GB/T 19001-2016/ISO 9001:2015 / IATF 16949 quality management system, and the finished products fully comply with VIA and TUV standards. Quality first, customers first.
