　　Tianchang Tianfeng Mechanical & Electrical Technology Co., Ltd. is a professional manufacturing enterprise that produces auto starters and spare parts. It is affiliated to Tianchang Tianxiang Group and has the status of an independent legal entity.

　　Established in 2005, the company covers an area of 66, 700 square meters with the building area of 20,000 square meters. Following the operating principle of being “professional and innovative”, the company has been active in introducing overseas advanced technology and manufacturing and testing equipments equal to domestic advanced level. With years of experience in design and manufacturing of starter motors, the company has acquired the state-of-the-art product crafts. In manufacturing starter motor drive, the company has adopted technologies from Zen S.A. Industry that utilizes cold extrusion forming technology to improve gear strength and wear resistance, thus ensuring accurate gear compression stroke, and effectively avoiding the broken gear, tooth top gear and gear milling. For manufacturing the solenoid switches, the company has brought in the technologies from Unipoint Group that uses silver-cadmium alloy in contacts so as to increase the conductivity and anti-adhesion of contacts, thus effectively avoiding the sintering of contacts and switches. For manufacturing armatures and field coils, the main components of starter motors, the company has adopted the technologies of solder brazing and automatic coil winding.

　　There are more than 100 employees in the company, including over 10 senior technicians and 5 research & development personnel. We have become a professional team including technical backbone personnel, production backbone personnel, and management backbone personnel with rich experience and dedicated attitude towards the company. So far, the company has developed two ranges of products --- export-oriented motors and domestically oriented motors, with a total of over 100 kinds of starter motors. The export-oriented motors involve a total of 31 kinds of Lucas starters and over 10 kinds of Delco starters, like M127, M50, M113, M45 Lucas starters and 28MT, 37MT, 40MT, 41MT, 42MT, 50MT Delco starters, etc. The company is known as a manufacturer that produces the most complete range of starter motors in China and it has worked closely with several internationally trading companies for many years. For armatures, the company has Delco series, Ford series, Lucas series, and Denso series, with a total of over 80 kinds of armatures manufactured by the company. The products are exported to North & South America, Europe, Southeast Asia and many other countries and regions. All starters and spare parts produced by the company can be fixed on the original machines as replacements.

　　The 20 kinds of domestically oriented motors are supplied to the leading diesel engine companies in China, like Shanghai Diesel Engine Co.,Ltd., Weichai Diesel Engine Co., Ltd., Hebei Xuanhua Construction Machinery Co., Ltd, Yangzhou Diesel Engine Co., Ltd., Chongqing Machinery & Electronics Holding (Group) Co. Ltd. and Hangzhou Engine Co., Ltd., etc. Owing to advanced technology and high quality products, the company has earned cooperation and recognition from the new and existing customers, and was awarded “Abiding by Contract and Credit Enterprise of Anhui Province” and "Excellent Private Tech Enterprise of Anhui Province" several times.
