Didi's three-year goal: 100 million orders a day globally for security

    Didi, a domestic ride-hailing giant, is paying more attention to overseas markets. On April 16, cheng wei, CEO of didi, announced the strategic goal of "0188" for the next three years at the company's internal strategy meeting.     The goal has been set out in an internal public letter. In terms of organizational structure and business layout, didi has acted. On April 15, didi officially established its user growth department. In addition to ride-hailing, new services such as running errands, bus, freight and bike-sharing have been launched. Didi is now a chuxing technology company, not just an online ride-hailing platform.

   

Cheng said at the conference that didi's domestic business will be promoted by a hyperbolic curve in the future. On the one hand, didi will continue to improve its one-stop travel platform and provide users with a variety of travel services, such as online car-hailing, tailwind, bus, subway and qingju bicycle. On the other hand, we will continue to explore new courses by making efforts in such businesses as car clothing, autonomous driving, finance and intelligent transportation.




    In terms of international business, didi will fully promote international travel, food delivery and innovative business in the next three years, and carry out more localized services globally. 2019 is a breakthrough year for didi's international business. By the beginning of 2020, didi has accumulated more than 1 billion overseas travel orders.

    At the meeting, cheng again stressed the importance of security. Based on the three-year strategy, didi will continue to pass the "six passes" : security, experience, operation, compliance, communication and organization. We will shift from "All in safety" to long-term security capability and cultural construction, and adhere to the user value-oriented approach to achieve high-quality and sustainable development.
