The overall architecture of research and development is divided into front-end and back-end, with the front-end facing customers and scenario applications, and the back-end facing basic technology research and development. ISP image processing technologies such as chips, IP, and software provide empowerment for applications in various fields.
AI-ISP technology performs well in dealing with some typical complex scenarios. Taking the automotive industry as an example, common high dynamic range scenarios include tunnel entrances and exits; Low light conditions at night; Extreme weather conditions; In scenarios such as high-speed moving objects, we will conduct data collection and model training to optimize for these scenarios. Recently, we unveiled the M57 series of in car chips for the global market at the 2025 Shanghai Auto Show. This series of chips has completed chip recycling and lighting, and is currently in the stage of system software and hardware development.
The forward-looking intelligent camera product and supporting system solution based on the M57 series chip have successfully obtained the mass production site for a leading domestic new force OEM's European car models. The subsequent research and development work in cooperation with customer projects is also progressing in an orderly manner.
The M57 series chip is a product aimed at the global market and serving standard L2 driving solutions. Its NPU computing power reaches 10 TOPS and supports BEV algorithm. Compared to the previous generation M55H chip, the CPU computing power of this chip has doubled, reaching 15KDMIPS. We always adhere to the all IP self-developed strategy, and the M57 series chips are equipped with self-developed SP and self-developed CV acceleration hardware units. This chip integrates MCU and has a functional safety level of ASIL-B. In terms of power consumption, when the junction temperature is at 125 ℃, the thermal design power consumption of the chip is less than 3.5W.

The M57 series chips have two main application directions. One is the 8M front facing all-in-one machine, which is aimed at the global market, especially in regulatory regions such as the European Union. This product reserves video access interfaces for DMS or RVC and has redundant computing power, aiming to achieve the ultimate L2 driving solution and achieve the goal of precise and clear visual perception at long distances. In addition, considering the existence of a certain scale of stock market in China, the M57 chip, with sufficient computing power, proposes a two box hardware solution based on the M57 single-chip for intelligent front view integrated machines and ADAS parking boxes, aiming to create products with ultimate cost-effectiveness.
The following picture shows our in car product, with the M55H chip in the upper left corner. Currently, this chip has been shipped in large quantities, and its typical application solutions include front intelligent all-in-one machines, electronic exterior rearview mirror CMS systems, and in cabin DMS scenarios, all of which have been deployed on a large scale.

The second product in the upper part of the picture is the M76H chip, which has a medium to high computing power level with an NPU computing power of about 60TOPS. This chip can achieve high-speed NOA and memory parking functions, and is compatible with a central level architecture of about 7V5R.
In terms of long-term planning, we are still laying out high computing power chip products, such as the M9 series and M10 series. These products will serve as solutions for integrated cabin driving and L3/L4 level advanced assisted driving scenarios.
Aixin Yuanzhi is committed to providing users with reassuring solutions and chip products. At present, the automotive intelligence industry is moving towards a critical node of scale and maturity, and we are paying close attention to strengthening functional safety in this process.
