The two giants have teamed up with Aliyun and BMW to help Build Shanghai's future auto city

On July 3, "Aliyun Innovation Center - BMW Startup Garage Joint Innovation Base" was officially launched in Shanghai Pudong Jinqiao Development Zone. For the first time, the two industry giants have joined hands to create an "Internet + car" platform, with plans to incubate 300 local start-ups in the next three years.

Among them, Ali Cloud will select high-quality projects to settle in the base, provide cloud computing, data technology, Internet of Things, artificial intelligence and other support, and open ali ecosystem and various aspects of innovation and entrepreneurship services resources. BMW will be sent to you by per garage "BMW" proof of concept for the projects, product testing, joint venture and other technical support and financial services, BMW, Internet, electric automation, sharing (A.C.E.S.) ecosystem of service/hatch and accelerate growth, high quality project is expected to enter the BMW supply chain system. The government of Jinqiao Development Zone provides preferential policies and subsidies for the base.

At present, Aliyun has established nearly 60 Innovation centers in more than 20 cities, serving more than 40,000 start-ups. Launched in 2015, BMW Startup Garage has graduated more than 60 startups from the program. This is the first time for "BMW Startup Garage" to cooperate with an Internet technology giant after it entered China.
