    Recently, Jilin Province formulated and issued the "Jilin Province on the stabilization and expansion of automobile consumption specific measures."On July 17, the Information Office of Jilin Provincial Government held a press conference to introduce the specific measures, mainly promoting automobile consumption from five aspects, such as extending the switching time of national Six emission standards, encouraging the purchase of new energy vehicles, speeding up the elimination of old and used cars, unimpeded second-hand car trading and increasing credit support.

The transition period will be extended to January 1, 2021

    We will extend the implementation date of the Sixth National Emission Standard for light vehicles from July 1, 2020 to January 1, 2021.National V emission standard light vehicles produced and imported before July 1, 2020 are allowed to be sold and registered in the province before January 1, 2021.Without approval, no locality may implement in advance the vehicle emission standards set by the state.

New energy vehicles will be exempted from vehicle purchase tax before December 31

     Our province has issued the Measures of Jilin Province on Fund Management of New Energy Vehicles Promotion and Application Subsidies 2019-2022, and new energy vehicles purchased before December 31, 2022 are exempted from vehicle purchase tax.Consumers are encouraged to buy new energy vehicles.We will accelerate the application of new energy vehicles in urban public transportation and other areas.

We will accelerate the phasing out of old diesel trucks

     We formulated the Implementation Plan for phasing out Old and Used Trucks and gas vehicles, carried out road inspection and household supervision sampling tests, and carried out all-weather and all-directional emission monitoring on diesel vehicles.Urge the provincial enterprises of retrieving and dismantling scrapped motor vehicles to do a good job of dismantling old vehicles in accordance with the law.In the third exhibition country, diesel trucks under three are banned from driving, and penalties for driving vehicles with unqualified emission are increased.

Cancel the policy of restricting second-hand cars to move

     We will accelerate the establishment of second-hand car service outlets.We will implement the policy of abolishing all restrictions on the removal of second-hand automobiles, and apply the move-in procedures to second-hand automobiles that meet the national emission standards for motor vehicles in use and the relevant national technical requirements for motor vehicles and are within the validity period of regular environmental protection inspection and pass the technical inspection of motor vehicle safety or are within the validity period of inspection.Actively strive for pilot export of second-hand cars.From May 1, 2020 solstice on December 31, 2023, taxpayers engaged in second-hand car distribution business will be charged VAT at 0.5% on sales of second-hand cars purchased by them.

Lower the down payment ratio and extend the repayment period
