On July 24, Li Bin, founder and CEO of Nextev, said in an interview at the chengdu International Auto Show in 2020 that nexteV's Jianghuai factory is currently upgrading its production capacity, which will increase by 25 percent by September this year to about 5,000 vehicles per month. The fourth nextev model will also be put into production at the JAC plant, Li said.

Today, The EC6, the third Model of Nextev, is officially launched and available for selection. As early as NIO Day on December 28 last year, NEXteV EC6 was unveiled and opened for reservation. Positioned as an intelligent electric coupe SUV, nexteV is the third Model released by NexteV and will compete directly with Tesla Model Y in the future. The optional 100kWh EC6 has a range of more than 600km and is highly optimized and upgraded in terms of overall design as well as interior and configuration.
