The Annual meeting and Exhibition of China Society of Automotive Engineering (SAECCE 2020) will be held from October 27 to 29, 2020 in Shanghai Automotive Exhibition Center, Shanghai International Automobile City, Jiading, bringing together senior executives, technical leaders, senior experts, scholars, and scientific and technological workers of automobile and related industries. On October 27, Shanghai Jiading District standing Committee, district world-class automobile industry center construction leading group executive deputy leader and office director Lu Zufang delivered a speech at the conference.

Leaders, distinguished guests, ladies and gentlemen, good morning! It gives me great pleasure to attend the annual meeting and Exhibition of China Society of Automotive Engineering in 2020. First of all, please allow me, on behalf of Jiading District Party Committee and district government, to extend a warm welcome to all the distinguished guests and express my heartfelt thanks to friends from all walks of life for their care, help and support for Jiading over the years.

         China automotive engineering society annual conference and exhibition is a very professional international application and the combination of comprehensive academic exchanges platform, we are very honored to this conference has seven consecutive years as host in jiading, it is China automotive engineering society trust in jiading, also reflected the automobile industry of the jiading auto industry environment. Jiading is a famous international motor city. Since 1958, when China's first generation of cars were born here, Jiading has been inextricably linked with cars. After many years of development, it has formed a whole industry chain including research and development technology, production and manufacturing, sales and trade, automobile culture, automobile expo and so on. Jiading is responding to the national automobile power strategy, relying on the platform advantages of the first intelligent net-connected automobile demonstration zone in China and the only electric automobile demonstration zone in China, taking the new four modernization of the automobile industry as the starting point, jiading is promoting the transformation and upgrading of the automobile industry and striving to build itself into a world-class automobile industry center.

        We made autos in intelligence, jiading has achieved six, the first breakthrough we first released the "road test management method" and revised, the first issued the first road test plates, first released the first batch of open test road, the first licences issued the first demonstration application, the first batch of Yangtze river delta integration testing license issued by first, take the lead in building a complete testing tool chain. Recently, we focus more on the core technology breakthroughs of key technologies, spare no effort to comprehensively promote the in-depth integration of the National and Shanghai Intelligent Network Automobile Innovation Center, accelerate the cross-border integration of automobiles and new technologies, focus on in-depth demonstration applications, and build a test environment with a larger range, richer scenes and more complex road conditions. It is expected that by 2022, jiading will have more than 1,300 kilometers of open roads, covering 463 square kilometers of the city. Focusing on the synergetic development of the "new four modernization" of automobiles in the Yangtze River Delta, we will seize the opportunity of cooperation and joint construction in the pilot area of automobile association in the National Yangtze River Delta region, jointly build a new infrastructure system of integrated intelligent net-connected automobiles, and promote the integration and synergy of test planning and standards.

        In fuel cell car industry, we have been planning industrial concentration zone jiading hydrogen port, formulated the special policy, completes the hydrogen station layout planning, has built four filling stations, at present we have initially formed at the port of the hydrogen as the core characteristics of fuel cell car industry cluster, the existing hydrogen has reached 45 upstream and downstream enterprises, we have established a filling station public data center and hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, hydrogen fuel cell testing technology service platform, intelligent new energy automotive functional platform such as hydrogen fuel and hydrogen station public service platform, It has formed the service capability of the whole industrial chain covering product research and development, testing and supervision. So far, 1,400 hydrogen fuel cell vehicles have been popularized and applied in Shanghai, with a total operating mileage of more than 16 million kilometers. In the future, Jiading will focus on the construction of hydrogen energy port and other characteristic parks, introduce and cultivate more enterprises related to hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, continue to improve the industrial ecology, and strive to achieve more than 50 billion output value of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles by 2025, and strive to reach 5,000 units of hydrogen fuel cell vehicles, with 15 hydrogen refueling stations put into use.
