        Is it a race to see who can go farther on a single charge? Or should we try our best to distinguish from traditional fuel vehicles in terms of vehicle experience, vehicle intelligence, energy supplement system and ecological mode construction? For now, the latter may be the real answer.




         It is undeniable that Tesla Model 3 does have certain advantages in terms of vehicle electrification, assisted driving maturity and driving control. However, it is not negligible that Tesla has chosen to "self-build super charging" and built a complete charging network for it since it entered China.




       Last October, tesla, officials said in domestic achieve the goal of 219 new  super filling pile, including 12 V3 super filling pile (charging power up to 250 kw) and 18 V2 super filling pile (charging power up to 120 kw), the new super filling pile locations including Beijing, Shanghai, guangzhou, shenzhen and other 18 cities, and in the future 1 to 2 months, 61 super filling pile will open new cities.

        Meanwhile, Tesla also plans to expand the layout of V3 supercharged piles in the second half of this year, striving to achieve the goal of adding 4,000 supercharged piles (including V3 and V2 supercharged piles) in China by the end of this year. Earlier, Elon Musk also said on personal social media that they have built more than 20,000 supercharging piles worldwide.




       Now, go back to What Li Xiang said: "As the number of electric vehicles increases, the public fast-charging experience will continue to decline. Stable solution to the most basic charging experience, is the basis of the core sales. The basic three-meals-a-day competition has already been decided, and a good product and service is a plus." There seems to be some truth in it.




       At the same time as Tesla's large-scale layout of super charging, Nextev, as a direct competitor, is also stepping up the construction of electrical changing station. Data show that NexteV has a total of 155 electrical changing stations by September 2020. According to Qin Lihong, Nextev plans to deploy more than 300 second-generation electrical changing stations nationwide next year.

Later, at the third China International Import Expo, VW China CEO Feng Sihan revealed the layout of VW's charging piles in China. "So far, Kaimes has set up 40 supercharging stations in Beijing, Chengdu and Shenzhen," he said.




         Kaimax plans to build 255 charging stations, including 1,800 dual-gun DC charging piles, in 16 cities across the country by the end of the year. Public information shows that Kaimas New Energy Technology Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Kaimas") is a charging joint venture owned by Volkswagen.




        In July last year, it was jointly established by Volkswagen (China) Investment Co., LTD., China FaW Automobile Co., LTD., Wanbang Digital Energy Co., LTD. (Parent company of Xing Xing Charging) and Anhui Jianghuai Automobile Group Co., LTD., with a total investment of 4 billion yuan. A variety of signals show that in China's new energy market in addition to competition in the product end, a self-built energy supplement system of the "war" has quietly started.
