On December 18, 2020, the cumulative delivery volume of ideal cars exceeded 30,000. Since the official start of the delivery of Ideal ONE on December 4, 2019, Ideal Car completed the first delivery of 30,000 vehicles in just 12 months and 14 days, setting a record for the fastest delivery of the first model of a new car force.

    At present, Ideal ONE users are located in 31 provinces, autonomous regions and municipalities across the country, with a cumulative mileage of more than 230 million kilometers. In the car-use satisfaction survey, 98.4% of users expressed satisfaction with the use of the car and were willing to recommend their friends to buy the ideal ONE.

    Since the beginning of the product delivery, Ideal Auto has continued to collect user suggestions through App, customer service, internal test users and other channels, optimize product functions, continuously improve user experience, and form a complete closed loop that works with users to enhance product capabilities. Since December last year, Ideal ONE has carried out 10 OTA software upgrades, adding 33 new applications and functions, optimizing more than 60 function points, and realizing the better the use. The OTA 2.0 version of the software heavily participated by internal beta users will also be officially launched later this month to provide users with a richer and more convenient experience.
