On December 18th, BMW China and ArcherMind Technology (Nanjing) Co., Ltd. reached an agreement to jointly establish a joint venture company specializing in automotive software development, taking a new step in cross-field cooperation with Chinese high-tech companies.

        The two parties plan to jointly invest 50 million yuan. The joint venture company relies on BMW's capabilities and expertise in vehicle integration, as well as ArcherMind's expertise in agile software development.
