Bosch and Qingling establish a joint venture for fuel cell systems

    On December 22, Bosch China and Qingling Automobile (Group) Co., Ltd., a high-end commercial vehicle manufacturer in China, signed a joint venture agreement in Chongqing. The two parties will establish a joint venture company to jointly develop and sell fuel cell solutions. The registered capital of the joint venture is RMB 800 million, of which Bosch holds 60% of the shares and Qingling holds 40%. The newly established company will be mainly responsible for the development, application, assembly, sales and service of fuel cell systems. Upholding the common vision of the "Hydrogen Future", the two parties will combine advanced technology and experience and advantages in the local market-including Bosch's expertise in fuel cell systems, provide key components such as stacks and key accessories, and Qingling In-depth insights into commercial vehicles and the local market.
