How to understand the essence of Toyota's production method more clearly and how to think about the prerequisites (operation, management, and organizational climate) for the establishment of Toyota's production method are the knowledge points that enterprises urgently need to understand and apply.

On January 16, the annual class carefully prepared by the window of auto and motorcycle parts, specially invited senior Japanese lean production experts who are good at on-site lean improvement work, Mr. Yin Hang, to systematically answer "solve product problems, Reducing labor costs and shortening the production cycle" and other related issues.
