It is reported that depending on the latest generation battery technology of Vision Power, the performance of the new generation of BMW Group models will be greatly improved. The energy density of the new battery will be increased by 20%, and the charging speed will be faster, which will extend the range of all electric vehicles by 30%. At the same time, it will also contribute to reducing the carbon footprint and resource consumption of vehicle manufacturing.

At the same time, Vision Power announced that it would build a new zero carbon battery factory in South Carolina to provide products for BMW, with a planned capacity of 30GWh, and put it into production in 2026. This is also another super factory after Vision Power built Kentucky factory in the United States to support the electric transformation of Mercedes Benz.

Based on the common sustainable vision of both sides, Vision Technology Group will carry out comprehensive strategic cooperation with BMW in renewable energy, intelligent Internet of Things, carbon management, battery industry ecology and other fields.
