Dear President Bingfeng, friends, ladies and gentlemen, good afternoon!

Thanks to the host. As you know, President Xi pointed out the "way to go" during his inspection of SAIC in 2014. Now, the opening ceremony of President Fu has opened the afternoon of opening up and collision of ideas. I am the first to make a speech to attract more attention.

All of you are not only witnesses of the century old automobile industry, but also witnesses of electric intelligent connected vehicles. The penetration rate of new energy vehicles in the world has reached 12.2%, and the penetration rate of new energy vehicles in China has exceeded 23.6%, which was unimaginable ten years ago.

Today, standing on the new track of the electric intelligent network, on the one hand, through the innovation of automobile products, we continue to optimize the personnel structure of the transportation system and make contributions to the global green and low-carbon development. On the other hand, through the platform of automobile products, the latest intelligent achievements of human beings are gathered to bring users the ultimate experience.

In the past two years, under the comprehensive effect of national policies, enterprise innovation and user recognition. Automobile electrification has not only achieved rapid development, but also made full progress towards the era of "electric+intelligent+ecological", a higher level of electric intelligent vehicles.

I think my sharing is divided into two parts:

The first part is the specific practice of SAIC.

The second part is open thinking.

SAIC continues to make efforts to explore the era of electric intelligent vehicles, which has several characteristics:

(1) Scenarios create value.

(2) Data determines the experience.

(3) Software defines cars.

According to this approach, several things have been done:

First, focus on strategic projects and get through the landing scenario.

In July last year, SAIC focused on four landmark strategic projects, namely, the L7 project of Zhiji brand cars, the R7 project of Feifan, and the L4 smart heavy truck and Robotaxi project, covering all fields of electrification, intelligence and sharing, which set up a landing scenario for SAIC's innovative technology.

Among them, Zhiji's L7 has been officially delivered to customers on June 18, with a total of nearly 4000 vehicles sold, keeping the sales volume at the forefront of more than 400000 luxury electric cars. The delivery of Feifan R7 has been started recently, and the reputation of electric intelligence has been preliminarily established. The L4 smart heavy truck and AIV project is a specific operation scenario for the port terminal. The 5G+L4 smart heavy truck and AIV products developed by ourselves have been launched. In the Donghai Bridge, the L4+vehicle road collaboration is used to do the L4 commercial vehicle landing project.

The operation test of staff reduction has been started at Donghai Bridge. A few days ago, SAIC obtained the first business license for demonstration operation of ICV in China. The Robotaxi project focuses on the new city scene, and has completed its operations in Shanghai, Suzhou and other places.

During the "13th Five Year Plan" period, SAIC put forward the "internationalization" strategy. From January to October this year, SAIC sold nearly 800000 units overseas, of which the proportion of electric intelligent Internet connected vehicles has exceeded 16%. At present, SAIC has preliminarily built a global automobile industry chain integrating R&D, manufacturing, marketing, finance, logistics, etc.

This year, the electric intelligent model MG4, called "MG Mulan" in China, was launched simultaneously to the global market. Since its launch in mid September, more than 7500 orders have been received in Europe alone. The continuous strengthening of the overseas market has laid a solid foundation for China's technology going global.

Second, integrate the R&D system and consolidate the technical base.

In the past, SAIC had a traditional technical organization mode on the traditional track. Through the exploration of the previous period, the "1+5+7+X" innovation research and development system has been gradually built on the new track, including the reorganization and establishment of SAIC Group's innovation research and development institute, which has strengthened the software, artificial intelligence, big data, cloud computing and network security on the new track, known as the "five digital capabilities".

Seven technology bases including three vehicle platforms and four key system architectures have been launched, which have gathered many innovative technology ecology of science and innovation heads inside and outside the industry, further consolidating the core competitiveness in the new track, and continuously enabling the creation of more intelligent electric products.

Among them, the seven technical bases are new ideas on the new track. We believe that the new track can achieve the ultimate user experience and create the main grasp of first-class vehicle products.

Specifically:

(1) The exclusive and systematic platform of SAIC "Xingyun" pure electric vehicle, an expandable modular platform of pure electric vehicle with the exclusive characteristics of pure electric vehicle, can derive different levels of pure electric vehicle exclusive products, which can meet the all-round performance requirements from high-end to the ultimate brand. Now the pure electric vehicle has gradually entered the market from high-end, middle end to low-end, which is a market pattern with full range coverage.

(2) SAIC "Everest" mechatronics vehicle architecture focuses on energy saving and electrification of automobile drive system, featuring large bandwidth, high safety, super control and super comfort. Hybrid power and plug-in hybrid power at home and abroad have a relatively large market for some time.

(3) Exclusive structure of SAIC "Galaxy" hydrogen energy. Based on the high-performance fuel cell system of PROME independently developed by SAIC Group.

SAIC has its own comprehensive R&D capability for special fuel cell stacks, and its hydrogen specific architecture is characterized by high-pressure hydrogen storage, fuel cell power generation, electric drive, etc. SAIC has always adhered to the three new energy technology routes of plug-in, electric and fuel cell.

The power battery system of SAIC "Rubik's Cube" can achieve a variety of energy, durability, heat resistance and fast charging characteristics through different cell materials and changes based on a unified battery pack size, and can be replaced, charged and upgraded at the same time, which can meet the use scenarios of most pure electric vehicles. Establish a joint venture company with Ningde Times, PetroChina and Sinopec to establish a platform that can change electricity and charge.

SAIC "Blue Core" powertrain system mainly focuses on hybrid and plug-in hybrid power. In combination with the trend of energy saving and electric upgrading of powertrain, it introduces an electric powertrain system with lower fuel consumption, stronger power and more intelligent control. The thermal efficiency of the next generation blue core generator will exceed 47%.

SAIC "Green Core" electric drive system aims at performance, high efficiency and advanced experience. It is an electric drive system, and its process density has reached the national industry standard in 2035 in advance.

SAIC "Galaxy" intelligent car full stack solution has created a centralized electronic architecture necessary for intelligent cars and intelligent networking, and a software platform with the ability to serve atomization. Last year, the first SOA developer conference in the automotive industry was held, and last week, the second SOA development conference was held. We believe that the introduction of the IT industry SOA platform and atomization into the automobile will greatly help the automobile ecosystem. It can truly realize software services for thousands of people and bring the ultimate intelligent experience to users.

The third is to build an innovation ecology and promote integrated development.

We believe that cars are electric, intelligent, and ultimately big ecological (ecological). As a new species, smart cars will become the super mobile terminals connecting all things. Cars are richer and more complex than mobile phones, and the corresponding value will be greater.

At the second SAIC SOA Developers Conference last week, OPPO, a joint mobile phone manufacturer, released a white paper on the ecological domain. We believe that the concept of "ecological domain" should be pioneered in the industry, and mobile phones should be regarded as a domain of future cars, through which ecology can be introduced. In this way, SOA architecture can be pushed to the world of the Internet of Things to realize the real scene of the interconnection of cars and everything.

Through the deeply integrated SOA system framework, developers can develop multiple end deployments at one time to achieve the borderless integration of multiple intelligent terminals and ecological operation capabilities. We have always been thinking about what users do in the car when they are driverless to a very high-end level? Whether it can really bring the ultimate experience to users and make a great contribution to the automobile industry and users' travel.

At present, 30 functions have been realized under the car and mobile phone application scenarios. With the implementation of two high-level smart products, Zhiji and Feifan this year, the full round of application software development, testing, release, purchase, activation and operation has been completed. The digital mall of SOA will be online immediately, so that real developers can be connected with manufacturers and various ecosystems on the car. To truly turn smart cars into good partners (working partners and life partners) of users, to realize the software can be purchased, sold and subscribed, and to realize the business closed-loop from technological innovation, commercial realization to value return.

Of course, Chairman Wan and Minister Miao also said in the noon discussion that the electric intelligent network connected vehicle is a very long track, which requires not only sprinting, but also lasting and long siege. It is difficult for one or two auto enterprises, or even several auto enterprises, to complete the reconstruction of technology, industry, model, etc. on the race track. Therefore, it needs to be easy for all to make ICV go on a fast track of development.

Put forward several ideas based on your own realization:

First, just now President Wan talked about the process of electric vehicles, and the same process applies to fuel cell vehicles, which are now in the early stage. SAIC Group has continuously invested in fuel cell industrialization for more than 20 years, and the fuel cell system based on the fourth generation stack platform independently developed in terms of core technology has been successfully offline. Among them, the degree of autonomy of the stack and the localization rate of sub parts have reached 100%, and the power, durability and other key indicators have been comparable to the international first-class level.

In terms of industrial promotion, SAIC Group has actively participated in the national fuel cell demonstration and application work. This year, it has successively invested more than 400 fuel cell vehicle products in the market, providing 120 passenger vehicle products. It has been put into operation, and has continuously accumulated operating experience of various fuel cell vehicles.

However, we found that in the development and popularization of fuel cells, 70 mpa hydrogen refueling stations were still the main bottleneck hindering the industrialization of fuel cells. For example, when electric vehicles were popularized, the standards of charging piles were not uniform. In the process of fuel cell development, there is no standard and process for hydrogen refueling stations. How can the industry and the government accelerate the development of fuel cells in terms of infrastructure.

Second, speaking of the development of electric intelligent connected vehicles, after the rapid development in recent years, the domestic intelligent vehicle industry has made certain breakthroughs in core parts, information interaction, infrastructure construction, test area construction, and artificial intelligence technology.

As ICV is a new thing, China's current laws, regulations, technical standards, etc., to varying degrees, have direct and indirect constraints on development. At noon, colleagues from Nissan and GM all proposed that they hope to further innovate in laws and regulations and further apply the new technology of cars.

Last week, the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology released the Draft for Comments on the Pilot Scheme for the Access of Intelligent Connected Vehicles and Common Use on the Road, which aims to conduct access management and pilot work for automatic driving vehicles of L3 and L4. The automobile industry should assist the relevant government to promote the relevant pilot work, including further optimization, which is conducive to promoting the development of intelligent connected vehicles to L3. At present, L2 is not a good user experience, and I hope to further promote the development of the industry.

Third, give play to the synergistic effect and promote the steady development of automobile chips.

This lack of core has a great impact on the automobile industry. On the one hand, it shows that the basic ability of the country's automobile chips is weak, leading to greater risks in the intelligent automobile industry chain. At the same time, including the fact that we have a car operating system that matches the big computing power of smart cars waiting for a breakthrough in industrialization, mobile phones and other models still cannot meet the real-time requirements of strong attacks on smart cars. At noon, Minister Miao also raised the issue of "lack of core and soul" again. He hoped that under the unified national planning, each automobile manufacturer would invest separately. The investment was huge, and some underlying technologies could be shared. It is hoped that under the unified national planning, the whole vehicle parts, chips, and software industries will be linked to form a coordination mechanism of software and hardware linkage, and form the industry's ability to further develop the industrialization of "less soul and less core" in intelligent connected vehicles.

SAIC has finally arrived at dawn today on the big computing chip. SAIC and Horizon are making strategic cooperation to build a new Horizon journey intelligent driving computing platform and a domestic computing platform integrated with Voyage 6 cabin driving. At the same time, SAIC plans to jointly develop the big computing chip and computing platform for the future.

As SAIC, it cooperates with the Shanghai Institute of Micro Technology Industry, and constantly unites with automobile and automobile electric industry chain partners to jointly set up a fund for domestic chips in Shanghai, and establish a public platform for the construction and publicity of vehicle specification level chips.

Our country lacks standards on car specification chips, including the AEC-Q100 standard of the United States, but this standard is not fully suitable for the requirements of new energy and intelligent vehicles. At the same time, in terms of certification, including some newly created chip enterprises, they lack IP support, and even import support at the stage of integrated trial of small chips. SAIC is willing to cooperate with the Micro Technology Technology Research Institute to create a public platform to support the development of China's automobile chip industry.

The new track of electric intelligent connected car has just begun. We believe that while researching key technologies by ourselves, we should adhere to China's experience in the automotive industry for so many years, maintain full openness, maintain full cooperation, and provide strong support for stability and development on this track. SAIC Group will also adhere to independent research and development and open cooperation, and win the bright future of electric intelligent connected vehicles with industry partners.
