It is my great honor to participate in the 2022 China Automobile Forum, and I have benefited a lot from listening to the wonderful speeches of industry leaders. The topic I shared today is "Thinking and Practice of Ecological Creation of Automobile Industry".

Driven by a new round of scientific and technological revolution and industrial revolution, the automobile industry has entered a new stage of intelligent electrification development, and the attributes of automobile products will undergo fundamental changes. Based on this, Chang'an Automobile has put forward four conceptual assumptions and scenario presets for future automobiles, namely, "intelligent interactive terminal", "intelligent mobile space", "intelligent energy storage unit" and "intelligent data carrier".

The fundamental changes in the automobile industry and the attributes of automobile products have led to significant changes in the production relations of the automobile industry. In the era of intelligent electric vehicles, how to better position, coordinate and cooperate with vehicle enterprises and upstream and downstream industrial chains to more effectively drive the development of the automobile industry? From the perspective of vehicle enterprises, think about the report point:

First, the automobile industry chain is changing from the traditional vertical and one-way to the network and three-dimensional

The traditional automobile industry chain is characterized by verticality and unilateralism. Suppliers and automobile enterprises are purely business supply relationships; In the era of intelligent electric vehicles, under the background of software defining cars and software hardware decoupling, this relationship is characterized from simple to deep. The combination between the two sides is becoming closer and closer, extending from a simple one-dimensional supply relationship to a network and three-dimensional deep cooperation such as joint research and development, joint venture manufacturing, etc.

Second, data and algorithms become the core driving factors, and software will be an important value growth point in the future

With the development of new generation information technology, computing technology and storage technology, data and algorithms have become the driving force of industrial development. The coordination and evolution of data and algorithms will bring new services at multiple levels, so as to optimize the efficiency of resource allocation and improve productivity. In addition, the proportion of automobile software in the value of the whole vehicle is also increasing rapidly. It is estimated that by 2030, the proportion of Chinese automobile software in the value of the whole vehicle is expected to reach 65%, becoming an important value point and profit point in the future automobile industry.

Third, the global automotive supply chain will change from a stable distribution to a global+regional

Influenced by repeated epidemics, trade barriers and other factors, a stable and efficient global collaborative supply chain is becoming a thing of the past. The unsteady supply chain represented by "lack of core and power" has become a new normal in the era of intelligent electric vehicles. Therefore, in the future, the new industrial ecology will change from a stable distribution to a global+regional one, and the proportion of regions will become larger and larger, showing the following characteristics: First, China will become an important new center in the transformation of the industrial chain; Secondly, the supply chain will show a trend of short chain and regional development in the regional layout; Third, in the era of power intelligence, cross-border enterprises will become the main participants in the new supply chain; Automotive chips and their ecology will become the focus of a new generation of supply systems.

Fourth, green and low-carbon has become a new value anchor of the industrial chain

In the era of traditional fuel vehicles, the requirements of vehicle enterprises on the supply chain mainly focus on quality, cost and delivery efficiency; However, with the proposal and promotion of the dual carbon strategy, green low-carbon is becoming a new value anchor of the automobile industry chain, driving the automobile industry to upgrade to a "zero carbon industry" as a whole.

Fifth, the value chain of the automobile industry has gradually changed from unbalanced to balanced

In the traditional automobile era, the automobile industry chain is very mature, and the profit distribution of each value chain link is relatively reasonable and balanced; However, in the era of intelligent electric vehicles, the distribution of the industrial value chain is very uneven. Taking the battery industry chain as an example, the profits are mainly concentrated in the upstream mineral resource end, followed by the material end, and then the battery cell end. Most vehicle enterprises have not yet achieved good profits, and the operation end of the charging and changing infrastructure is also losing money. I believe that with the large-scale and healthy development of intelligent electric vehicles, the end chain of industrial value will tend to be reasonable and balanced.

Sixth, user operation and user ecological building ability become the new core competitiveness of vehicle enterprises

In the past, user service was only used as an auxiliary link of automobile sales, and the connection between the automobile enterprises and users was isolated. In the era of intelligent electric vehicles, the user direct connection and direct sales mode will become the mainstream. From the previous connection with hundreds or thousands of dealers to the ability to serve millions or even tens of millions of customers, it has become a new situation that we must face. How to build a harmonious symbiotic user ecology has become the focus of our thinking, exploration and innovation.

In the face of the new industrial pattern and development trend, Chang'an Automobile continued to consolidate and improve its core competitiveness, and did its best to carry out all-round innovation and reform, and put it into practice.

First, accelerate the implementation of Shangri La strategy with products as the king and new energy brand as the goal

After years of development, Chang'an Automobile has gained enough accumulation and precipitation in the new energy field, and has become a multi technology route product provider in the market to meet the full scene. Among them, Dark Blue SL03 provides a variety of power versions such as pure electricity, extended range and hydrogen fuel, and its 33 minute order has broken ten thousand, becoming an important force to accelerate the popularization of electrification in the mainstream market. In the next five years, Chang'an will also launch more than 20 new products in the new energy field, covering high-end luxury, mainstream pure electric and hybrid power and other fields, to meet consumers' diversified car needs. Scale drives ecology, and ecology serves scale to achieve sound development.

Second, build an innovative three-dimensional ecology and form an industrial ecological cluster
