After BYD, Ai'an announced that it would raise the price of relevant models by 3000 yuan to 8000 yuan in 2023. According to the analysis of insiders, this is the warm-up period of the rising price of electric vehicles.

The company announced that, according to the series of national policies and plans for the development of new energy vehicles, the subsidy policy for the purchase of new energy vehicles will be terminated on December 31, 2022. After that, the country will no longer provide subsidies for vehicles with license plates (the existing subsidy limit: 12600 yuan/vehicle for pure electric vehicles). At the same time, since the second half of the year, the price of main battery raw materials has continued to rise significantly.

Influenced by the above two main factors, Ai'an will raise the official guide price of its related models, and the price adjustment notice of specific models will be issued separately.

Customers who have paid the production scheduling deposit before January 1, 2023 will not be affected by this price adjustment.

This is not the first time for Ai'an to raise the price. In March 2022, GAC Ai'an announced that it would raise the price of its AION S Plus, AION V Plus and AION Y models, with an increase of 4000-10000 yuan.

A month later, GAC Aian announced another price increase. On April 8, the company announced that due to the continuous sharp rise in the price of raw materials, GAC Aian would adjust the official guide prices of its AION Y, AION S Plus, AION V Plus, AION LX Plus and other related models, with an increase of 6000-10000 yuan.

A salesperson said: "The end of the year is the traditional sales peak season and the national subsidy for new energy vehicles is about to expire. There has been a wave of sales boom in the store, which also prompted many people to decide to buy a car.
